1. Scope of Services
Calamus provides photography services for weddings, engagements, and editorial commissions. Services may include planning consultations, on-site photography, post-production editing, and delivery of digital images. All services are tailored to client needs and outlined in a separate client agreement.

2. Booking & Payment
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. Final payment is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled session or event. Payment schedules and terms are defined per client contract.

3. Image Delivery
Final images will be delivered via a secure online gallery within 6–8 weeks of the event date. Select services may include additional delivery formats (e.g., prints, albums). Rush delivery is available for an added fee.

4. Copyright & Usage
Calamus retains full copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal-use license to print and share their photos. Commercial use, resale, or editing of images is not permitted without written consent.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance may be eligible for partial refund, minus the retainer. Cancellations made within 60 days are non-refundable. Calamus allows one reschedule at no cost, pending availability.

6. Creative Control
By booking with Calamus, you acknowledge and trust our artistic style, editing approach, and professional judgment. While we welcome inspiration, we do not replicate specific poses, edits, or outside work.

7. Travel & Accommodations
For destination bookings, all travel expenses (airfare, lodging, transportation) must be covered by the client. Details will be confirmed prior to contract signing.

8. Limitation of Liability
In the rare event of technical failure, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Calamus’s liability is limited to the return of payments made. We are not responsible for missed moments due to restrictions or interference by guests or vendors.

9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Select images may be used in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
